AP méca SAS consists of a team of 25 people working two shifts, and has more than 18 years of experience in precision machining and large-scale machining. The company benefits from an inventory of very recent and high-performance machines:

    HARTFORD PRO2150 machining center: 2200 mm x 1550 mm x 1000 mm with rotary table (Ø 1200 mm with 360,000 positions) and indexable angle head
    AKIRA SEIKI V5.5XP machining center: 1350 mm x 640 mm x 660 mm
    AKIRA SEIKI V4.5XP machining center: 1150 mm x 640 mm x 660 mm
  • CNC BORING:
    JOHNFORD BMC-130 boring machine: 4000 mm x 2300 mm x 1600 mm + 700 mm quill with 2000 mm x 1800 mm table with 360,000 positions and indexable angle head
    HARTFORD BMC-115A boring machine: 2000 mm x 1600 mm x 1500 mm + 500 mm quill with 1600 mm x 1400 mm table with 360,000 positions, 800 mm rotary table with 360,000 positions and indexable angle head
  • WIRE EDM:
    FANUC ALPHA 1iB: 650 mm x 450 mm x 400 mm, 4 axes with taper cutting up to 30°
  • HANDLING:
    3 overhead cranes of 10 tonnes each, 2 of which can be coupled (20 t), and a 3-tonne forklift
